ITKM ( www.israelitacticalkravmaga.com ) Krav Maga Bootcamp, i.e. 4 days of intensive training in the Krav Maga system. The assumption of this grouping is to familiarize participants with the Krav Maga hand-to-hand combat system through training selected and the most effective techniques of self-defense and hand-to-hand combat as well as mental training.
In the training program:
Selected aspects of combat psychology and personal safety theory. Krav Maga defense techniques, i.e.
Getting out of body grips to defend against chokes.
Crisis negotiation and defense against blackmail with melee weapons and firearms
KM Offensive Techniques and Third Party Protection
Mental training and determination training in combat
Selected elements of ground combat
Multi-aggressor combat tactics
The entire training will take place at the Central Olympic Preparation Center in. Spała (https://maps.app.goo.gl/6Lgp3ZgzgA4LgH7M7?g_st=ic), equipped with professional training facilities. Accommodation in double or single rooms, 3 meals a day meeting the highest dietary standards for professional athletes.

11:00 – 13:30 – Training (including a 30-minute break)

16:00- 18:00 – Training
18:00 – 20:00 – Dinner break
20:00 – 21:00 – Lecture
Sunday March 26th:
8:00- 9:30 – Breakfast
9:30 – 12:30 – Training (including a 30-minute break)
12:30 – 15:00 – Lunch break
15:00 – 17:00 – Training – the last one of the day. Dinner is served until 8 pm. Until 9 pm you can use the sauna, swimming pool or gym – paid separately.

The training schedule may be subject to slight changes due to the availability of the rooms. Each participant should be prepared for outdoor training, i.e. adjust the outdoor training outfit to the weather. Although the food in COS is at a really high level and there is a lot of it, everyone should take care of a supply of electrolytes and energy and protein snacks for the duration of the grouping.

During 4 days of training:
You will learn how to improve your safety by training mindfulness and awareness of your surroundings. You will learn how to negotiate in a security crisis and how to effectively identify threats
You will understand the methodology and training goals of Krav Maga
You will learn the most effective methods of defense against attacks with a knife, a stick or blackmail with a firearm
You will learn and train the basic combinations of punches and kicks and defense against them.
Of course, these are only 4 days that will only introduce you to the world of Krav Maga. Further development will depend only on you.
